- We need to ask patients early and often during development: What info do they want on this site?
- Who is responsible for approving content?

- Bilingual support should be done based on users needs, french being a less useful translation as most are bilingual
- We have to be careful that this website doesn't encourage patients to self-diagnose
- How will this integrate with social media (eg. what's app, weechat, facebook)
